Bursting With Color!

This painting is a reflection of my inner emotions today. I am happy, relaxed and feeling joy. When I paint with lots of color, it feels like I am reaching way into the right side of my brain. After I am finished with a painting like this, I have a little bit of a headache, from working all those brain cells that are responsible for creativity and intuition. I think the key as an Artist is, to figure out how to operate on the right side of the brain all of the time! Can you imagine what a creative world this would be?

This is one of my favorites. I absolutely love the colors. The combination of the different textures really gives it a spontaneous quality. Stunning!
